摘要
采用平面连杆机构实现小型冲压平板件的自动送料 ,可实现较大的送料行程。由于连杆机构的运动副较多 ,致使冲压件的送料精度不易得到保证。本文采用可视化方法对送料机构的位置误差进行分析 ,找出影响位置精度的主要因素 ,采取相应措施以保证冲压件的送料精度。
By using a planar linkage to realize automatic feed of small and flat components, it can enlarge the feed distance Since the movement joints of the linkage mechanism are relatively more, it can not easily ensure the feed precision of the cold pressing components This paper presents a visual method of analyzing the position error caused by the feed mechanism, and finds out the major factors which affect the position error Then we can take appropricate measures to ensure the feed precision of the cold pressing components.
