摘要
研究了不同界面状态的 GMT- PP复合材料在冷、热水中的吸湿行为 ,并通过层间剪切强度测试和扫描电镜的观察评价了水对复合材料的界面粘结强度和界面粘结状态的影响。结果表明 :复合材料的吸水率和水在材料中的扩散速度随界面粘结强度的提高而减小 ;由于酰胺键的水解性 ,沸水对马来酸酐接枝改性试样的吸水性与界面粘结有较大影响 ;玻纤经马来酸酐接枝 PP与马来酸酐接枝 APP混合物涂层处理 ,减少了界面孔隙和缺陷 ,对于改善 GMT-
The moisture absorption behaviour and the effect of water on the interface adhesion of continuous glass fibre mat reinforced polypropylene composites(GMT PPs) with different glass fibre/PP interfaces were investigated. The results showed that the water absorption Capacity and the diffusion speed of water decrease with the increase of the interface adhesion of GMT PPs. The influence of the boiling water on the water absorption and the interface debonding of GMT PP modified with maleic anhydride grafted PP(MAH g PP) is obvious owing to the hydrolytic decomposition of amido bonds. The moisture stability of GMT PP whose fiber is coated with the emulsion of MAH g PP and MAH g APP blend is excellent because the coat of fiber reduces the pores and defect of glass fibre/PP interface.
