摘要
该文采用1 3C NMR研究了溶聚丁苯橡胶微观结构和序列分布 ,考察了微观结构、序列分布对硫化胶物理机械性能、热氧老化性能及磨耗性能的影响。结果表明 :分子链的微观结构对胶料硫化特性及性能均有较大的影响 ,分子链中顺式含量越高 ,硫化速度越快 ;反式含量越高 ,硫化胶拉伸强度越大 ;苯乙烯含量越高 ,滞后损失越大 ,耐磨性越好。
Microstructure and sequence distribution of SSBR were studied with 13 C NMR.Effects of microstructure and sequence distribution of SBR on the physical properties,thermoxgen and abrasion of SSBR vulcanizates were discussed.It was found that microstructure of SBR had very important influence on cure properties and physical properties of SBR compounds.The more the contents of cis in structure,the faster the cure velocity.The more the contents of trans in structure,the higher the tensile strength.The more the contents of styrene in structure,the more hysteresis loss and the better abrasive resistance.
