摘要
提出"医护养休"四位一体的医学健康居住新模式,将现代化的老年医院、康复中心和老人养护之家建在同一个社区里,形成相互毗邻的健康小镇,以弥补医院缺养老功能,养老机构少医疗康复这一缺憾;对养老地产开发模式的功能模型和经济模型进行论述,结合实际地块对我们的研究成果进行探索。
In order to fill the lack of medical rehabilitation in hospital nursing institutions or vice versa, this paper proposes a medical and healthy living mode consisted of curing-nursing-rehabilitation-convalescing institution, and plans modem geriatric hospital, rehabilitation center and the elderly nursing home in a community as a mutually adjacent healthy town. And then commends to the functional and economic models of endowment real estate development mode, and provides a further analysis about the practical project.
