摘要 以太网无源光网络(EPON)是基于以太网技术和无源光网络(PON)技术的宽带接入系统,它可以实现宽带、语音和视频等业务的综合接入,是实现FTTH(光纤到户)的核心技术之一。根据ONU放置位置的不同,宽带光纤接入方式目前可以分为FTTH、FTTB、FTTO等方式,每种接入方式各有其组网特点和适用用户群体。目前EPON技术以其高带宽、低成本和便捷的组网方式成为光纤接入的主流选择和实现FTTx的最佳途径。列举了EPON技术在光接入网中的若干实际案例,分析了各典型组网案例的技术特点、业务实现流程和网络结构,并对最后对EPON和NGN(下一代网络)的互联及语音接入进行了分析。 Ethemet passive optical network (EPON) is a broadband access system based on Ethernet technology and passive optical network (PON) technology which can realize broadband, voice and video services access. EPON is the core technology of FITH (fiber to the home).According to the ONU placed at different positions, Optical access network can be divided into FITH, FFrB, FTI'O etc., each access mode has its network characteristics and user groups. EPON is the best way to realize FITx technology for high bandwidth, low cost and convenient mode of fiber network. First some cases of characteristics, business processes and network structure interconnection and voice access are analyzed. EPON technology in optical access network is cited,then typical technical are also discussed, finally, the EPON and NGN (next generation network)
