摘要
目的观察健康教育在宫颈癌患者及家属同步教育中的效果。方法选取我院手术治疗的宫颈癌患者68例,随机分为研究组和对照组各34例。研究组对患者和家属采用健康教育路径同步进行健康教育,对照组仅进行常规的健康教育。比较两组健康教育的效果。结果两组健康知识掌握情况、健康信念、健康行为、患者满意度调查结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康教育前后两组焦虑评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组健康教育后评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用健康教育路径对宫颈癌患者及家属同步进行健康教育,能够提高健康教育效果。
Objective To observe effect of synchronous health education on patients with cervical carcinoma and family members. Methods All of 68 cases with cervical carcinoma were divided into study group and control group, each of 34 cases. Study group received synchronous health education. Control group received conventional health education. Results of two groups were compared. Results Health-related knowledge, health belief, health behavior, degree of satisfaction had significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.01). Score of SAS had signi'ficant difference between before and after health education in two groups (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), and had significant difference between two groups after health edu- cation (P〈0.05). Conclusion Synchronous health education improve effect of health education.
