摘要
目的探讨健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎患者口服抗病毒药物依从性和心理状态的影响。方法 300例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,进行个体化系统健康教育和常规健康教育。结果健康教育干预后,观察组依从性和情绪管理得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组依从性较干预前显著提高(P<0.05),观察组健康教育效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析,文化程度、收入和职业对慢性乙型肝炎患者口服抗病毒药物依从性影响显著(P<0.05)。结论通过加强对慢性乙型肝炎患者个体的关怀,进行系统健康教育可有效提高患者口服抗病毒药物的依从性,改善心理状态。
Objective To investigate the impact of health education on oral antiviral adherence and psychological state chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods A total of 300 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided i,to observation group and a control group of 150 patients, individualized health education and general health education. Results After health education intervention, compliance and emotional management of the observation group scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05), and compliance of the observation group was significantly increased (P 〈 0.05) than before the intervention, health education effect of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Logistic regression analysis, the intervention level of education, income and occupation of chronic hepatitis B patients significantly impacted oral antiviral compliance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion By strengthening the individual care of patients with chronic hepatitis B, systemic health education can effectively improve the compliance of the patients treated with antiviral drugs, and improve mental state.
