摘要
采用不同温度下力学性能、热变形温度和玻璃化转变温度三种方法,考察了两种环氧建筑结构胶的耐热性能,并对结果进行了比较。试验结果表明:结构胶的三种不同耐热性能测试方法之间存在一定联系,温度升高会显著降低结构胶的强度和抗形变能力,热变形温度(B法)和玻璃化转变温度均相近的两种结构胶,高温力学性能却存在显著差别。
The heat resistance performance of two structural epoxy adhesives was measured and contrasted by three methods: mechanical properties at different temperatures,heat deformation temperature,glass transition temperature.The test results show that there are connections between three methods,higher temperature will significantly reduce the strength and deformation-resistance ability of structural adhesive,structural adhesive with similar heat deformation temperature(B method) and glass transition temperature could have notable different mechanical properties at high temperature.
