摘要 根据随机过程与统计假设理论 ,在分析可修复系统故障数据特点的基础上 ,阐述了可修复系统故障数据的可靠性分析模型。并根据现有检验分析方法 ,提出了集趋势检验、拟合性检验、有效性检验和指数性检验于一体的综合检验方法 ,用于对故障数据分析模型进行检验与判别 ,同时给出了检验程序框图 ,进行了实例分析。 This paper discribes some models of reliability and statistical test based on the stochastic process and the theory of statistical hypothesis, as well as the failure data of repairable systems. It presents a synthetic test which can be used for testing the trend, goodness of fit, validity and exponentiablity of failure data and from which the method and diagram of statistical test are also derived. Finally the paper discusses an application example for a set of failure data of a diesel engine.
