摘要
通过德尔菲法构建大学生可雇佣能力衡量指标体系,并以此为基础设计利克特五点量表对江苏省20所高校的大学生进行实际调查,通过因子分析法将大学生可雇佣能力划分为沟通交往型能力、学习创新型能力和受挫适应型能力三个主要衡量维度,并进行了家庭背景和人力资本与可雇佣能力的皮尔逊相关分析和一元方差分析。结果表明,家庭经济背景不同、父母亲职业阶层不同以及人力资本存量不同的大学生可雇佣能力方面存在不同程度的显著性差异。整体来看,男性和女性大学生在沟通交往和受挫适应型可雇佣能力方面并不存在显著性差异。
The measure system for the employability of college students was constructed through the Delphi method and the college students from 20 universities in Jiangsu Province were used as object of study on their employability by designing a Likert five points scale. The college students' employability was divided into three measuring dimensions through factor analysis: communication ability, innovation ability and adaptive ability. The resuh showed that there are significant differences in the employability of college students with the different family economic background, different social classes of their parents and different human capital storage. Overall, significant differences were not manifested in the communication employability and adaptive ability of male and female college students.
