摘要
高校后勤社会化以来,后勤机构普遍采用了多种用工制度,导致后勤工作人员流动大、归属感弱。上海海洋大学后勤服务中心通过弱化身份,建立健全职工代表大会制度,成立二级工会,开展企业文化等举措,在构建后勤和谐劳动关系方面作了探索。但要从根本上解决后勤劳动关系存在的问题,需要改革相应的体制和机制。
Multi-form employment system has been extensively adopted in the logistic service sectors of university since the socialization of university logistic service, but the adoption of such a system has resulted in the over-circulation of the logistic staff and the reduction of the staff identity. An exploration was made at constructing the harmonious logistic labor relations at Shanghai Ocean University Logistic Service Center through weakening the staff identity, establishing and perfecting the staff representative congress, setting up secondary level trade unions and enhancing the enterprise culture. The author believed that the reform of the relevant system and mechanism is needed to resolve the current problems in the logistic service relations to the root.
