摘要
目的以黄酮类含量为指标,确定菝葜根茎药材的最佳采收期。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外一可见分光光度法测定不同采收期菝葜根茎中总黄酮含量,并采用HPLC测定其中落新妇苷和黄杞苷的含量。结果11月中旬以前总黄酮含量明显低于11月中旬以后;10~11月初随着生育期延长菝葜根茎中总黄酮含量略有下降,11月份以后菝葜根茎中总黄酮含量不断积累,至12月底菝葜进入休眠期后菝葜根茎中总黄酮的含量最高.达3.0%±0.1%。菝葜根茎药材中落新妇苷和黄杞苷的总含量大于0.10%,符合2010版《中华人民共和国药典》的规定,在12月底含量达到最大值。结论菝葜药材的最佳采收期应为菝葜地上部位落叶枯萎,根茎进入越冬休眠期后采收。
Objective To determine the optimum harvest time of Smilax China L using the flavonoids content as an index. Methods The content of total flavonoids in Smilax china L. was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry with rutin as standard control,and astilbin and engeletin in Smilax China L. were determined using HPLC method. Results The total flavonoids content of Smilax China L. harvested before the mid-November is markedly lower than that of harvested after the mid -November. As the growth period extending, the total flavonoids content in the rhizome of Smilax China L. gradually reduced from October to the begin ning of November,but the flavonoids content constantly accumulated after November and reached the peak when the rhizome of Smilax China L.entered hibernation at the end of December,which is 3.0%±0.1%. The total content of astilbin and engeletin in the rhizome of Smilax China L. was more than 0.10 %,which complied with the quality standards in the 2010 edition of the China pharma copoeia,and the content reached the peak at the end of December. Conclusion The Smilax Chi na L. may be collected at the time that Smilax China L. leaves has fallen and the above-gronnd has withered,and the rhizome has entered winter hibernation.
