摘要 银条,学名银苗(Stachys floridana Schuttl.Ex Benth.),富含多种生理活性物质,尤其水苏糖含量为已知所含水苏糖之首,食用、药用历史悠久,具有较高的营养、保健作用。但目前对银条的研究主要集中在种植生产领域,对其营养成份及保健功效的研究还很粗浅,不够全面,有待进一步深入探讨。 The Manyflower Betony (Stachysfloridana Schuttl. Ex Benth.) is a perennial herbaceous plant which is rich in many nutritional compositions and active substances; in particularly, it has the highest content of stachyose among all plants. Also, it has been regarded as a good vegetable for a long history in China because it has a lot of food value and medicinal value. Overall, it is a plant which not only has nutrition function but also has health care effects. However, there has not been sufficient comprehensive and in-depth research on it. Currently the main studies of Manyflower Betony are focus on planting and processing, rarely in the area of nutrient component and health care benefit which needs to be more explored.
