远红外涤纶/竹纤维与腈纶混纺针织纱的开发

摘要 针对远红外涤纶纤维和竹纤维与腈纶纤维的特性,结合生产实践,探讨了提高远红外涤纶与竹纤维和腈纶混纺纱质量所采取的有效措施,试验结果显示:清花工序采用"流程短、以开松混合为主、多松少打、低速度、多混少落"的工艺原则;梳棉工序按照"轻定量、中隔距、中速度、大转移比、多梳少落、小张力牵伸"的工艺原则;并条采用"轻定量、低速度、重加压、顺牵伸、大隔距"的工艺原则;粗纱工序遵循"重加压、慢车速、大隔距、中捻度、小张力"的工艺原则;细纱工序采用"中速度、偏大捻系数、重加压、大隔距、中硬度胶辊、小钳口隔距、车间采用合适的温湿度"的工艺原则,可以使成纱的质量稳定提高。 According to the characteristics of far-infrared polyester, bamboo fiber and acrylic, together with the practical production, this paper discusses various measures that increasing the blended yams' quality. The results show that the processing principles of the abbreviated system, multiple bale breaking, small beating, slow speed, and multiple blending are adopted in the picking process; the light quantum, middle gauge, middle speed, large transfer coefficient, and small tension draft are used in the carding process; the light quantum, slow speed, heavy pressure, straight draft, large gauge are used in the drawing process; the heavy pressure, slow speed, large gauge, middle twist, and small tension are presented in the roving process; and the middle speed, large twist factor, heavy pressure, large gauge, middle hardness rubber-covered roll, and small nip gauge are adopted in the spinning process, which can all increase the quality of blended yams.
