摘要
目的 :对沈阳市五家单位中央空调系统冷却塔水进行细菌学调查。方法 :对空调系统冷却塔水进行细菌培养 ,并经细菌生化学、聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)、核酸杂交技术 (Southern法 )等加以验证。结果 :沈阳市外环境中有军团菌存在。结论 :对这些细菌在冷却塔水中存在的意义进行分析 ,提出了改进设计、水质消毒监测。
Objective:Our purpose was to investigate the bacteriology of legionnaires′ disease(LD),and study the legionnaires′ bacteria in 5 central air conditioning systems in shenyang. Methods:Bacteria culture,characteristic of biochemistry,polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and southern hybridization were used to show LDB in cooling tower water. Results:Two of central air conditioning sysytem contain legionella pneumophila serogroup 5(Lp5). Conclusion:LDB exists in the environment of Shenyang. By analyzing the LDB in the cooling tower water,we find a good method to improve design,surveillant water quality,and detect antibody in the relative group's serum.
