摘要
随着互联网经济的不断发展,电子商务核心企业吸引了一些配套的企业、银行、软件公司、物流公司等都开始围绕核心企业进行集聚,越来越呈现生态化的特征。在提出电子商务生态系统的概念和构成的基础上,探索了电子商务生态系统的发展与演化过程,通过阿里巴巴生态系统的案例分析,指出电子商务生态系统演化平衡的4个阶段:初步形成、发展扩大、成熟协同、衰退革新,同时分析了每个阶段的演化特点。最后提出电子商务生态系统在演化过程中实现平衡可持续发展的一些策略建议。
As the rapid growth of electronic business in China, it presented new features of ecological clusters. Banks, lo- gistics, certification organizations, have also aggregated into the core enterprise, and the ecology characters have been appeared. Based on introducing the concept and construct of e- commerce ecosystem, the paper explored the development and evolution of the e- commerce ecosystem, according to the case study of Alihaba, divides the evolutionary path into four stages: birth, ex- pansion, coordination, and death respectively. Then analyzed the peculiarity of every evolutionary stage. Lastly, some sugges- fiom have been advanced to improve the balance sustainable development of the e- commerce ecosystem in the evolution.
