摘要
背盘在增压器压端密封性直接影响进气效率。背盘加强筋优化旨在通过改进加强筋的尺寸、数量、位置等因素来提高背盘结构刚强度,文中主要在这几个因素上进行有限元分析,达到背盘结构最优化设计。运用瞬态分析不同加强筋的瞬态响应结果达到优化背盘加强筋的目的。
The sealing performance of the back plate of a turbocharger directly influences intake efficiency. The optimization of the reinforcing ribs of a back-plate aims at improving structural stiffness of the back pla e by changing some factors of reinforcing ribs such as size, quantity, position and so on. This paper mainly studies those factors by finite element analysis to get the optimal design of a back plate. The goal of the optimization of the reinforcing ribs of a back plate is achieved through a transient analysis of transient response of different reinforcing ribs.
