摘要
采用Shim-pack C18反相色谱柱,以甲醇+水+冰乙酸为流动相,在283 nm紫外波长下对乙羧氟草醚原药进行反相高效液相色谱法测定,原药有效成分的相对保留时间约为18.2 min。以外标法定量测得本方法的变异系数为0.38%,平均回收率为100.10%,线性相关系数为0.9999。
Using the Shim-pack C18 reversed phase column, methanol water acetic acid as the mobile phase, Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of the Fluoroglycofen-ethyl at 283nm Ultraviolet wavelength. The active ingredient of the original drug relative retention time was about 18.2 min. The coefficient of variation is 0.38 %, the average recovery rate was 100.10 %, and the coefficient of linear correlation was 0.9999.
