摘要
针对深部地层机械钻速慢、中浅层"三低"储层开发动用难等问题,大庆油田开展了气体钻井配套技术研究及实践。通过配套湿度和注气参数等监测装备、判别水层、计算地层出水量、优化钻具组合及钻井参数、采用"内喷外侵"气液转换工艺,解决了地层出水引起的复杂情况、易发生井斜、井壁失稳等问题,形成了一套适用于大庆油田深层泥页岩地层的气体钻井配套技术,实现了在泥页岩地层出水情况下安全钻进。大庆油田27口深井应用该配套技术后,钻井速度提高4倍以上,钻井周期缩短15d以上;8口中浅井应用该配套技术,在不采取压裂增产措施的情况下,单井产量提高2t/d以上。这表明气体钻井技术是深层提速及中浅储层保护可行的技术,为大庆油田加快勘探开发进程提供了新的技术手段。
Gas drilling matching technology was researched and applied in Daqing Oilfield, in view of the problems of slow ROP in deep formation and difficult production in“low porosity, low permeability, and low salinity”shallow-medium reservoirs. According to monitoring of humidity and gas injection parameters with matched equipment, formation water identification, water production calculation, optimization of BHA and drilling parameters were carried out, and inside spray and outside invasion'of gas liquid conversion was used to Solve problems such as downhole complexity,well deviation, hole instability caused by water production,which form a set of matching technologies for gas drilling, fulfilling safe drilling in deep mud shale formation with water production. The application of this technology in 27 deep wells of Daqing Oilfield shows ROP is increased more than 4 times,and drilling cycle is decreased more than 15 days;while its ap plication in 8 shallow wells results in a production increment of more than 2 t/d per well without stimulation. This proves gas drilling is suitable for improving drilling speed in deep layer, and shallow gas reservoir protection,serving as a new means for speeding up exploration and development in Daqing Oilfield.
