液晶屏ITO玻璃外观检测特殊复合光源照明系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前缺少液晶屏ITO玻璃检测设备的现状,结合液晶屏的结构和需要检测的缺陷特征,提出了一种液晶屏ITO玻璃外观检测特殊复合光源照明系统。该系统通过多个LED环形光源和面光源的组合,加以合理的照明角度,有效的得到了高对比度的图像。理论分析及实验结果均表明,该系统能很好的应用于液晶屏ITO玻璃的检测,大大减低算法方面的处理难度,提高检测效率,基于该系统采集到的图像,需要检测的缺陷部分有十分高的区分度,经过基本的图像预处理,就可以将所需检测的缺陷部分完全呈现出来。 Aiming at the lack of detection equipment about ITO glass of LCD screen at present.Combined with the structure of LCD screen and the demand of defect features.A design of special composite light system for ITO glass of LCD screen appearance inspection is proposed.The system has several LED surface light source and ring light sources.With reasonable illumination angle, it can get high contrast image effectively.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the system can be good at ITO glass of LCD screen appearance inspection.Greatly reduce the difficulty of algorithm and improve inspection efficiency.The images that captured based on the system.The part of LCD that need to be detect have a very high contrast.After the basic image preprocessing,the defect part of LCD can be presented fully.
