摘要
目的总结激励机制在临床带教中的应用体会。方法回顾性总结采用激励机制带教154位护生的经验及方法。结果护生出科理论、操作考试及沟通能力、对老师的满意度均有很大的提高。结论激励机制在临床带教中的应用能提高护士工作积极性及学习兴趣,密切师生关系,增加病人满意度。
Objective To summarize the incentive mechanism in the course of clinical teaching experience. Methods A retrospective review of the incentive mechanism with teaching 154 nursing students experience and method. Results Nursing graduating theory, operation test and communication ability, the teacher's satisfaction had been improved a lot. Conclusions The incentive mechanism in the course of clinical teaching can improve the nurses' working enthusiasm and interest in learning, close the relationship between teachers and students, and increase patient satisfaction.
