摘要
目的分析近年报考北京协和医学院护理学院护理专业硕士研究生的考生的考研动机,以期对护理本科教学、研究生教学提供参考。方法采用潘佳雁研制的《考研动机调查问卷》,于2007—2010年期间,在每年年底对报考次年护理专业硕士研究生的考生进行问卷调查,共获得有效问卷150份。结果本组对象的考研动机按由强渐弱依次为自我实现因素、兴趣爱好因素、求知进取因素、生活方式因素、工作环境因素以及外界环境因素;各年度之间的考研动机比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4年来考生考研动机因素的趋势变化为:外界环境因素略有减弱,其他各项因素均呈增强趋势。往届考生生活方式动机明显强于应届学生(P<0.05)。结论近4年护理专业考研者基本情况未有明显变化,考研动机逐年增强;护理专业考研者的考研动机积极正向。护理本科和研究生教学均应对考生进行正确引导,避免盲目考研。
Objective To analyze nursing candidates' motivations for pursuing graduate degree and to provide reference for nursing undergraduate and graduate teaching. Methods The motivation for pursuing graduate degree questionnaire developed by PAN Jia yan was applied to survey nursing candidates for postgraduate entrance examination from 2007 to 2010 and 150 valid questionnaires were collected. Results The motivations for pursing graduate degree, in descending order, were self-fulfilment, interest, pursuing knowledge, lifestyle, working environment and external influence. The motivations among different years presented no statistical significance (P'〉0.05). During these four years, except the factor or external influence, other factors exerted more and more important influence on candidates' motivation. Lifestyle of former graduates exerted more influence on their motivations than that of fresh graduate did (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing candidates' motivations for pursuing graduate degree go stronger and stronger year by year and most of the candidates hold positive motivation. Proper guidance for pursing graduate degree should be presented in nursing undergraduate and graduate teaching.
