摘要
广州铁路(集团)公司针对铁路天窗管理中存在的主要问题,在确定管理关键环节的基础上,提出《天窗综合利用管理办法》,主要是创建天窗管理三级组织协调体系,给足天窗、给好天窗,完善天窗计划管理体系,推行多种形式的天窗综合利用,完善天窗利用分析指标体系等,为满足设备整治需求,杜绝无计划施工行为,从源头上防范和控制施工安全风险,发挥了十分重要的作用,取得了良好效果。
Aiming to the main problem in railway maintenance window management by Guangzhou Railway （Group） Corporation, based on confirming the management key tache, the Management Method of Maintenance Window Comprehensive Utilization is bring forward, which mainly is establishing three-level organization coordination system for the window management, taking sufficient and good maintenance window, improving window scheme plan and management system, promoting window comprehensive utilization with multi-mode and improving analysis index system of window utilization, all of these exert important role and achieve sound effects on satisfying the demand of equipment renovation and stopping non-plan construction activities, as well as preventing and controlling construction safety risk from the source.
