外源NO及GGR6对五种石蒜属植物子球发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以5个石蒜属原生种鳞茎为试材,采用八分切割法,研究不同浓度一氧化氮(NO)及GGR6生根粉浸球处理对其子球发育的影响,结果表明,5种石蒜属植物的子球数量、子球横径、子球高度、子球鲜重、根数目和根长度等存在差异,各指标对试验处理的反应也各不相同。仅从子球数量来看,较高浓度(50~75μmol·L-1)的NO可促进中国石蒜和玫瑰石蒜子球的发生,较高浓度(50~75 mg·L-1)的GGR6可促进换锦花和乳白石蒜子球的发生;从子球横径、高度和鲜重来看,较低浓度(25μmol·L-1)NO有利于红花石蒜子球的发育。 The Lycoris bulbs were treated with eight division method of cutting. Effects of different concentrations of nitric oxide (NO) and GGR6 powder on cormel development in five native species of Lycoris were investigated. The results were as follows: The eormel number, cormel diameter, cormel height, cormel fresh weight, root number and root length of the five genus Lycoris were different, meanwhile each index showed different response to experimental treatments. The cormel formation number of L. chinensis and L. rosea was promoted by relatively higher concentration of NO, whose optimal concentration range was 50 - 75 μmol. L -1). Relatively higher concentration of GGR6 powder was good for cormel development of L. sprengeri and L. albiflora, whose optimal concentration range was 50 - 75 mg . L - 1. The eormel quality of L. radiate was effectively increased by 25 μmol. L - 1 NO according to the index of cot- reel diameter, eormel height and eormel fresh weight.
