摘要
目的:掌握蒲城县布鲁氏菌病疫情动态,为预测布病流行趋势、制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法:按照《陕西省人间布鲁氏菌病监测工作实施方案(2011修订版)》要求,血清学实验方法按《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准(WS269-2007)》进行。结果:2011年6-8月蒲城县共进行流行病学调查3388人,其中血清学监测479人,监测率14.14%,虎红平板试验阳性者6人。结论:蒲城县人间和畜间布病的威胁仍然存在,需采取综合措施进行防治。
Objective to master the brucellosis epidemic dynamics in Pucheng County, as a predictor of brucellosis epidemic trend, to pro- vide scientific basis for making prevention countermeasures. Methods according to the＂ Shaanxi province human brucellosis surveillance program （2011 Revised Edition）＂ requirement, serological methods according to the＂ brucellosis diagnostic criteria （ WS269- 2007）＂ were. Results of the 2011 June - August in Pucheng county to conduct epidemiological survey of 3388 people, of which479serological monitoring, monitoring the rate of 14.14%, Rose-Bengal Plate test was positive in 6. Conclusion Comprehensive measurements are needed to prevent the infection of human and animal brucellosis.
