介绍了使用弹簧和斜楔功能将3道工序并在1副模具中将零件冲制成功,与传统的冲压工艺相比,降低了模具开发的成本,减少了机床及生产场地的占用率,提高了生产效率,同时也保证了零件质量。
The process that three procedures being integrated to one pair of die through ap- plying springs and wedges were made to punch the parts was presented. Compared with the traditional punching process, the cost in the die development as well as the occupancy rates of machine tools and production space were reduced while the productivity was increased and the quality of the parts was ensured.
