摘要
分析了集成电路产品在全自动切筋成形系统中的切筋成形工艺,介绍了切筋成形系统中模具关键零件的设计难点,如何提高模具关键零件的使用寿命以及各种设计加工方法的优缺点,从而达到提高生产效率的目的。
The trim/form process of IC products was analyzed in full-automatic trim/form system. The design difficulties as well as the method for improving the service life of the key die components were presented.
