摘要
本文讨论了电力电容器单抽单注真空浸渍系统压力注油的问题。压力注油是真空浸渍过程的重要环节,对提高电容器的注油浸渍质量和降低绝缘介质失效概率,以及实现低温环境的绝缘油补偿具有重要意义。针对目前真空浸渍系统注油压力效果各种情况,来探讨注油过程中如何实现压力注油。同时讨论了变频控制在压力注油系统里的应用,提高了控制的稳定性,从而保证了产品的抽真空注油浸渍工艺质量。
In the paper, the pressure impregnation of capacitor vacuum impregnator system is dis- cussed. Pressure impregnation is an important step in capacitor vacuum impregnation. And it has sig- nificance as for reducing dielectric failure rate, improving the impregnator quality and providing pressure compensation in lower temperature working environment. Currently, the proficiency of pres- sure impregnation is not satisfactory. So the topic is focused on how to develop pressure process to meet the requirements. At the same time, the application of inverter control in pressure impregnation process is implemented in order to ensure the process stability and quality of impregnation process.
