近红外测定刺五加中紫丁香苷含量模型探讨 被引量:3

Determination of Syringoside Content in the Bark of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms by Near Infrared Spectrum

摘要 采用近红外漫反射技术测定了90份刺五加茎皮粉末及其提取液的近红外光谱,HPLC法测定了上述样品中紫丁香苷含量。在此基础上建立样品紫丁香苷含量与近红外光谱之间的数学模型,采用内部交叉检验进行评价优化。评价结果显示:内部交叉检验的决定系数R2分别为89.35%和86.35%,交叉检验均方差值分别为0.028 9和0.040 4,相对分析误差分别为3.07、2.71。对10份验证样本的测试结果表明,近红外检测技术测定刺五加茎皮粉末及其提取液中紫丁香苷含量与HPLC测定结果基本一致,近红外检测技术可应用上述样本中紫丁香苷含量的快速测定。 A quantitative analysis method for determining the syringoside content in the bark of Acanthopanax semicosus was established based on its near infrared spectrum( NIR) and syrngoside content determined by HPLC method. Ninety samples of powders of bark from different origins and their extracts were used for the pilot trial. The linear correlation between the contents of syringoside in bark powders and their extracts de- termined by NIR method to those determined by HPLC method were analyzed. The linear correlation coefficients (R2) were 89.35% and 86.35 % in the powder and the extract respectively. Ten samples were served as verifying sample for the method validation. The contents of syingoside determined by NIR method were very similar to those determined by HPLC. The NIR method can be used as a fast and nondestructive method for syingoside content determination in the bark of Acanthopanax senticosus.
