摘要 本文详细介绍了国外广泛采用的两类钢轨打磨方法。重点论述了“预防性打磨 (又称外形打磨 )”方法的原理、适用范围和优缺点。指出 :外形打磨能有效地控制钢轨侧磨、疲劳和波磨 ,改善轮轨接触状况 ,减小轮轨动力作用 ,降低轮轨噪声 。 Two types of rail grinding techniques which are widely employed abroad are comprehensively dealt with in this paper.Emphases are devoted to describe the principle,the scope,as well as benefits and defects of the preventive grinding approach(profile grinding).It's pointed out that the wear,fatigue and corrugation can effectively be controlled by porfile grinding so that the interaction of wheel and rail is improved and associated impact loads and noise are reduced,as well as the rail life is extended.
