摘要
目的:探讨应用胰岛素使用教育规范对接受胰岛素治疗的非专科糖尿病患者知识与行为的影响。方法:将80例初次使用胰岛素治疗的非专科糖尿病患者按内外科分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组按胰岛素使用教育规范进行教育指导,对照组用常规方法进行教育指导。比较两组患者对胰岛素注射技术,胰岛素相关知识,低血糖预防、识别和处理能力,遵医行为的差异。结果:教育后两组比较胰岛素相关知识,低血糖预防、识别和处理能力,胰岛素注射技术,遵医行为方面有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用胰岛素使用教育规范能明显提高患者胰岛素相关知识水平,正确掌握胰岛素注射技术,规范护理服务流程,提高患者的遵医行为。
Objective :To investigate the effects of insulin's usage educational norms on the knowledge and behavior of non - specialist diabetic patients treated with insulin. Methods:According to internal deparyment and surgical department, divided 80 non -specialist diabetic patients treated with insulin for the first time into control group and observation group equally,40 cases in the control group were instructed by insulin's usage educational norms. 40 cases in the observation group were instructed by the conventional method. Compared the two groups and find their differences on the following parts: their knowledge on insulin injection and technique, their ablity to prevent, recognize and deal with hypoglycemia, their compliance to the doctor. Results:Compaaxq after education: insulin -related knowledge, the prevention, recognition and handling capacity of hypoglycemia,insulin injection technique, and compliance to the doctor were of statistically significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :Application of insulin usage educational norms could obviously improved the patients' insulinrelated knowledge, made them rigthly grasp the insulin injection technique, standardize the care processes, and enhance the patients" compliance behavior.
