摘要
通过对高职教学管理制度改革的现状分析,提出当前教学管理制度改革的关键是转换管理视角和理念创新,从校企合作、学生主体和高职现代大学制度的视角考量教学管理制度改革,通过树立职业教育多元价值观和与时俱进、以生为本的理念创新引导制度体系的科学建构,提高制度效能。
Based on the analysis of present reform of teaching management system in vocational colleges, this paper proposes that the key to the reform should be the transformation of management perspective and the in- novation of concept and that the reform should be considered in perspective of university-enterprise cooperation, students and the modem university system of higher vocational education. Through the establishment of the pluralistic value concept of vocational education and the innovation of keeping pace with the times and student- based idea, the scientific construction of system will be guided so as to improve system etticiency.
