摘要
对新型Zn-Al合金(铝含量33%,锌含量67%)着色工艺条件进行了研究,结果表明:由5-磺基水杨酸(浓度15%)和少量硫酸(浓度为0.2%)组成的电解液能形成稳定、均匀的灰褐色镀层,解决了合金表观色泽问题.
Studies the coloring technology of a new type Zn-Al alloy (Al 33%, Zn 67%) The results show that the solution of electroplate composed of 5 -sulfosalicylic acid and a small amount of sulfuricacial can form a steady and even grey layer, solves the problem of surface coloring on alloy.
