摘要
现代中医学的教学特点体现在"长""宽""汇""新"4个方面。这4大特点的教学,给新时期中医学教师的教学能力提出了挑战。总结新时期中医学教学对教师教学能力的要求,并从更新教学理念、更新教学内容和更新教学手段等方面分析了教师教学能力提高的关键要素。指出教师教学能力的提高重在创新。
The teaching characteristics of modern TCM are demonstrated in 4 aspects including＂long,wide,collective and new＂.These characteristics have brought challenges to TCM teachers’ability in new period.The paper summed up the demands of TCM teaching in new period,analyzed the key factors in the improvement of teachers’ability from the aspects of updating teaching idea,content and methods,and indicated that the focus is innovation in the improvement of teachers’ability.
