摘要
通过对国外文献的回顾,解释了零售企业国际化与绩效之间的关系,并根据组织学习理论提出了国际化—绩效关系的四个调节变量,构建了组织学习视角下的国际化与绩效动态关系的整合框架。研究发现:零售国际化与绩效之间的关系是U型,并受收购兼并、进入国际市场的时间、经济发展水平一致性以及国内市场规模的影响。
On the basis of foreign literature review, this paper explains the relationship between the internationalization of retail enterprise and its performance, puts forward four moderators which are hypothesized to affect the internationalization-performance relationship of retail business and builds an integrated framework of the dynamic relationship between internationalization and performance from the perspective of organizational learning theory. The study finds that the relationship between internationalization and performance is U-shaped, and moderated by mergers and acquisitions, time to enter the international markets, level of economic congruence between home host countries as well as size of domestic market.
