摘要
在分析了重大件货专用船舶所装货物和船舶自身特点的基础上 ,用 Visual C++语言和 Open GL三维图形库研制开发了重大件货装卸仿真系统软件 ,该软件可对重大件货装卸的全部过程 ,用具有高度真实感的三维图形进行全过程动态仿真 .仿真过程中可动态检测货物与船体及舱内已有货物是否碰撞 ,可动态计算、显示装卸过程船舶的稳性、横倾、船舶强度等 ,并可重演仿真的全过程 .当货物吊入船舱后 ,可根据货物所在的位置、货物的底面积及货物重量计算货物的横翻力和横翻力矩 ,推荐绑扎方案和衬垫方案 .
Based on analyzing the characteristics of cargoes and special ships used for transporting awkward & length cargo, A simulation software using Visual C++ language and OpenGL 3 D graphic library is developed. The software can dynamically simulate the whole process of charging discharging awkward & length cargo using highly real 3 D graphics. When simulating, the software can dynamically check the collision of the cargo with ship body and other cargoes which have been located in ship. The software can also dynamically calculate and display the stability, trim, strength of the ship. The whole simulation process can be replayed when the simulation is over. When the cargo has been loaded in ship, the software can calculate the force and moment of cargo according to the location, bottom area and weight of the cargo. The software can also recommend the lashing and cushion plans.
