摘要
针对某联合收割机振动筛的性能要求,在完成机构总惯性力完全平衡的基础上,本文提出了旨在优化总惯性力与总配重、以及简化结构的机构惯性力部分平衡的方法与数学模型。最后得出了较为合理的设计参数,其研究方法可为类似的惯性力部分平衡问题提供有益的参考。
In this paper,an approach and its corresponding mathematical models,involving the partial balance of the inertial forces of a mechanism,have been presented in order to optimize the total inertial forces and total balancing weights,as well as simplify the mechanical structures.Aiming at enhancing the performance of the shaker in a harvester,this approach is based on the realization of the complete inertial forces balance.Reasonable design parameters have been achieved,which can be a beneficial reference for the similar problem involving the partial balance of the inertial forces in mechanisms.
