摘要
采用ITI-SimulationX仿真软件建立了气动开关电磁阀动态仿真模型,根据实际开发的产品参数,设置了模型的主要参数。对模型进行仿真,得出了相关参数的仿真曲线,并对仿真结果进行了分析,验证了仿真的可行性。在实际的工业应用上,理论算法和动态仿真模型在设计中结合是切实可行得。研究结果可以为气动开关电磁阀设计和优化提供有效的数据。
Based on ITI-SimulationX,the dynamic simulation mode is set up for electromagnetic valve in pneumatic switch.According to the actual product parameters,the main parameters of model are set.Through the model simulation,the simulation curve of the related parameters is got,and the simulation results are analyzed,the feasibility of the simulation is verified.In the practical industrial application,theoretical algorithm connecting with dynamic simulation model in the design is practical and feasible.The effective data can be provided for electromagnetic valve optimization design in pneumatic switch.
