摘要
目的了解在校学生考前抑郁状况,为学校及老师的心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法通过考前抑郁自评量表(SDS),采用分层整群抽样方法对河南中医学院在校大学生进行调查,学生自评后量表收回进行统一评分。结果在所调查的400名学生中有抑郁倾向的占总人数的12.1%,其中轻度有10.5%,中度有1.3%,重度有0.3%。在这些有抑郁倾向的人群中,缺乏自信的占81.6%,情绪低沉的占63.2%,感觉过的没意思占85.1%。男生多于女生,且差异有统计学意义。结论目前在大学校园考前抑郁的现象不仅普遍存在,并且还会导致学生产生一系列的负性情绪问题,学校及老师应采取措施与学生共同努力,提高学生心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the status of depression among college students, so as to provide the scientific basis for later prevention and intervention. Methods college students, tested by SDS, were chosen using stratified cluster sampling scheme, and scored at last. Results The number of students with depression of the 400 students investigated were 12. 1%. and About lO. 5% students were slight depression, 1.3% were moderate and 0. 3% were severe depression, among the students with depression, the people who lack of confidence is occupied 81.6% , fell gloomy accounted for 63.2% , felt boringaccounted for 85. 1%. There were statistical significant difference between genders and the males were more than the females. Conclusions At present, depression symptoms are common among school students in the university campus, and it also can produce a series of negative emotional problems, so in order to improve the students＇ psychological health level, the schools and the teachers together with the students should take measures and work hard.
