摘要
良好的职业素养是提高学生就业竞争力的关键。加强学生职业素养培养是大学生职业发展的需要。高校思想政治课内容丰富、涵盖范围广,对于学生职业素养的培养具有至关重要的作用。面对当前思想政治课教学中出现的问题,创造性的引入行为导向教学法对推动学生职业道德、职业意识、创新能力和实践能力的发展具有重要意义。
A good professional quality is the key to improve the students＇ employment competitive power. Strengthen students＇ professional quality training is the need of the occupational development of the college students. Higher colleges ideological and political course which has rich content and cover range, plays an important role on the cultivation of the students＇ professional. Facing to the ideological and political theory course teaching problems, the introduction of the creative behavior orientation teaching method to promote students＇ professional ethics, professional consciousness, innovation ability and practice ability has an important meaning.
