摘要
目的了解深圳市社区护士职业认同水平现状及影响因素,为提高社区护士的内在工作动力提供政策依据。方法采用护士职业认同评定量表、护士工作压力源量表,以问卷调查的方式对从深圳市3个街道中以完全随机方式抽取的50家社康中心的298名社区护士进行问卷调查。结果深圳市社区护士职业认同平均得分仅83.1分,且179名(60.07%)社区护士职业认同水平偏低;正式在编〔(104±22)分〕、担任护理组长及以上行政职务〔(118±23)分〕的社区护士职业认同得分高于聘用〔(71±19)分〕、未担任行政职务〔(78±20)分〕的护士,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。深圳市社区护士职业认同水平与工作压力源呈负相关(r=-0.496,P<0.01)。结论深圳市社区护士职业认同水平不容乐观;为提高社区护士职业认同水平,政府应加强主导作用,增加社区卫生服务人员编制,用人单位应积极提高科学管理水平。
Objective To understand the present situation and influence factors of community nurses' professional identity in Shenzhen, and to provide reference for improving their work motivation. Methods An questionnaire survey base on Nursing Professional Identity Scale and Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire was conducted to understand the present situation and influence factors of professional identity of 298 community health nurses randomly selected from 50 community health centers in 3 streets in Shenzhen. Results The average score of professional identity was 83.1. There were 179 (60.07%) whose score was lower. The score was (104 ±22) for nurses who were on the regular payroll and (118 ±23) for those who were chief or higher in administrative rank, which was higher than (71 ± 19) for temporary nurses and (78 ±20) for those who were not in administrative rank ( P 〈 0. 05). The level of professional identity was negatively correlated with job stressor ( r = - 0. 496, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The present situation of nurses' professional identity in Shenzhen is not good. To improve the nurses' professional i- dentity level the government should increase the community nurse staffing and the community health service centers should improve the level of scientific management.
