摘要
以竹浆纤维为原料,分别从助剂浓度和处理时间两个方面对其进行疏水改性。对纤维的回潮率、水分渗入时间、芯吸高度、吸湿和放湿性能等方面进行研究,结果显示,疏水处理能使纤维表面获得良好的拒水效果,而纤维内部受拒水处理影响差距不大;纤维处理前后整体回潮率相差不超过2%,经过疏水处理后的纤维具有良好的回潮率,同时快干性得到很好的改善。竹浆纤维拒水处理的最佳条件为20g/L下处理30min,105℃焙烘5min。
The hydrophobic treatment process of bamboo pulp fiber was developed based on agents concentration and treatment time. The moisture regain of fiber, drip diffusion time, wicking height, water absorption and releasing behavior were explored. The results revealed that after water repellency treatment, good waterproof property of bamboo pulp fiber on fiber surface was gained, but little effects in fiber interior. On the other side, the moisture regain of modified fiber was 2% less than original fiber. The quick-dr- ying property of the modified fiber was improved. The best condition of waterproof treatment was concentration of 20 g/L, dealing time of 30 rain, temperature of 105 ℃ and curing time of 5 min.
