摘要
利用自制管道建立实验系统,测试并分析管道内甲烷爆炸过程中的最大爆炸压力、最大爆炸压力上升速率。结果表明:倾斜角存在的条件下,甲烷最大爆炸压力有所减小;最大爆炸压力上升速率在0°~2°范围内随着倾斜角增大而增大,在3°~4°范围内在前半段管增加,后半段管减小;当点火处位于管道一端时,管道倾斜能较大程度上改变甲烷爆炸环境。
Using the experimental system based on homemade pipe, the change of biggest explosion pressure, the greatest rate of explosion pressure rise were measured and analyzed. The results showed that, when there is an inclination, the big- gest explosion pressure decreases to some extent; the greatest rate of explosion pressure rise increases within the inclination angle 0°~2°, but increases in the front part of the pipe then de- creases in the back part when the angle is within the angle range between 3° and 4°; when the fire source locates at one end of the pipe, the inclination will change the explosion environment greatly.
