摘要
公社体制的解体,标志着人民公社时期全能式控制模式的结束。湖南省的个案显示,公社体制解体后,攸县农村的经济格局、发展方向和发展趋势发生了明显的改变,农民的生活和消费水平得到了显著提高。悖论的是,农村社会也同时出现了双层经营体制偏颇、农业发展后劲衰竭、农村社会管理失序等不足和缺点。
The disorganization of commune system indicated the end of people commune which controlled by the mode of omnipotence. The case of Hunan province revealed that the structure of country economy, the direction and trend of development of Youxian county were enhanced in evidence, The live and consume level of peasant were enhanced notability. Contrast to this, the backward and shortage were appeared simultaneity in country society. It is that the management of double deck was biased, the backward of country development was crocked up, the management of country society was disordered.
