摘要
社会医学课程是高校卫生人才教育的重要内容之一,构建科学、合理的社会医学教学管理评价体系是保障教学质量、提高管理水平的有效措施和必要手段。运用平衡记分卡和层次分析法,可明确该评价体系的各指标权重,得出实践教学、激励形式、教研互补、教学效果监督与反馈机制、多主体教学评价等因素对提升社会医学教学管理水平有重要作用的结论。
Social medicine teaching is one of the important contents for health personnel in college and university education, the construction of scientific and proper evaluation system for teaching management is a necessary meth- od to ensure the teaching quality and to enhance the management effect. Using the balanced scorecard and the ana- lytical hierarchy process, every weight of evaluation index was determined, then come to a conclusion that practice teaching, motivation form, research complementary, supervision and feedback on teaching effects, teaching evalua- tion from various objects are very important for promoting the level of teaching management.
