摘要
本文通过对科研绩效评价内容和意义的阐述,指出当前农业科研院所绩效评价存在的不足,论述了合理绩效评价的构建原则,初步探讨了绩效评价指标体系,并给出了指标体系的具体内容。
Based on the performance evaluation of scientific research content and significance, pointing out that the current place of courtyard of agricultural scientific research performance evaluation problems, discusses the reasonable performance evaluation of the construction principle, discussed the performance evaluation index system, and presents the index system of the specific content.
