摘要
目的通过观察牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床特点,评价综合治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的效果。方法把2008年1月至2011年12月在我院进行诊治的牙周-牙髓联合病变患者160例,随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组各80例,对照组采用常规刮治术,治疗组除采用常规刮治术外联合多种抗生素应用综合治疗,并分别观察疗效。结果经2个疗程的治疗后,多数患者的病情有所缓解,对照组总有效率为71.25%,治疗组的总有效率为95.00%,治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组,此外不同类型的联合病变在采用同样治疗方法中产生的疗效不同。结论对牙周-牙髓联合病变的患者应及时的采取综合治疗方法,此方法效果好,见效快,不良反应少,可以最大限度的保存患牙,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To observe the combined periodontic-endodontic lesions clinical features,evaluation for comprehensive treatment of combined periodontic-endodontic lesion effect.Methods 2008 January to 2011 December in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of combined periodonticendodontic lesions in 160 patients,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group with 80 cases in each group,the control group using conventional curettage,the group therapy in addition to conventional curettage combined multiple antibiotic application comprehensive treatment,and observe curative effect respectively.Results after 2 courses of treatment,most patients with ease,the total effective rate in control group was 71.25%,total effective rate in treatment group was 95%,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In addition to different types of joint lesions in the same treatment method to produce the effect of different.Conclusion The combined periodontic-endodontic lesions of patients should be timely to take comprehensive treatment method,this method has good effect,quick effect,less adverse reaction,can maximally preserve teeth,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
