摘要
目的了解本校大学生辐射知识讲座前后的认知水平和应对能力的改变。方法采用现况调查方法在湘南学院随机整群抽取150名大学生,以问卷方式对其进行讲座前后辐射知识(认知)、防护(行为)、医护(治疗)与应对态度三个层面调查分析。结果大学生辐射知识讲座前后的认知、防护水平对比有明显提高,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),讲座前后对突发核辐射的心理应对素质差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),讲座后(96.92%)大学生对辐射教育的接受率较讲座前(78%)有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论讲座后大学生对辐射的认知防护水平有明显的提高,相关知识的宣传教育可有效的提高大学生群体对辐射的认知水平和辐射教育的接受率。
Objective To know the change of radiation cognition and coping capability after a lecture on radiation knowledge in college students.Methods A cross-sectional investigation was adopted.A total of 150 college students were randomly sampled from Xiangnan University and investigated before and after a lecture about radiation by questionnaire on radiation from three aspects,radiation knowledge(cognition),protection(behavior) and medical care(remedy) and coping attitude.Results The levels of radiation cognition and protection in college students were statistically improved after the lecture(P0.05),while their mental preparation for nuclear radiation emergency was not significantly altered(P0.05).Their acceptance rate toward radiation education was markedly improved(P0.01),from 78% before the lecture to 96.92% after.Conclusions The levels of radiation cognition and protection in college students are markedly improved after a radiation lecture.The propaganda and education of radiation-related knowledge in college students may improve their radiation cognition and raise their acceptance rate toward radiation education.
