摘要 建立客车动力性、经济性模型,并在此基础上建立客车传动系和燃油消耗的目标函数、约束函数,采用Matlab遗传算法工具箱对传动系进行优化,解决目前传动系匹配不佳和发动机燃油消耗偏高的问题。结果表明,遗传算法能高效、精确地处理数据,是客车动力性、经济性优化的一种行之有效的方法。优化后的客车动力性、经济性得到一定程度的改善,该方法可为客车的开发和设计提供参考。 A model of coach power-economy is established in the paper, and the objective function, the restraint function of transmission and fuel consumption was also established. The toolbox of Matlab genetic algorithm to optimize the transmission, solve the matching problem of transmission and the engine fuel consumption, the global optimization and the characteristics of the parallel genetic algorithm can adapt to solving large-scale complex optimization problems. The results show that Genetic algorithm can process data efficiently and precisely, and it is an effective method to the bus power-economy optimization. The coach power-economy have improved after optimized. It provided reference for the coach development and design.
