摘要
探索了用氟系防酸整理剂AB对锦纶粘扣带进行防酸整理工艺,结果显示:整理剂质量浓度为40g/L时,经整理的粘扣带剥离强度和剪切强度均达到最大值,抗酸扩散性能佳,摩擦100次后抗酸渗透性佳,且在摩擦次数到达1000和5000次时,经整理的粘扣带比未经整理的粘扣带抗酸渗透性高一个等级。
Anti-acid finishing technology to PA Velcro was researched, the results showed that at 40 g/L anti-acid finishing agent, the peel and shear strengths of finished Velcro reached the concentration of diffusion was good, and after friction 100 cycles, anti-acid permeability was also good 1 000 and 5 000 cycles, anti-acid permeability of finished Velcro was better than that of maximum, anti-acid , and after friction unfinished Velcro.
